Lincoln School Nepal would like to invite qualified candidates for the following position.

Name Of Post = IT Support Specialist = Number of Vacancies = N/A

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Written and verbal communication skills in English
2 years of experience in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Experience with a variety of operating systems, business applications, and collaboration tools
Team player with strong communication skills

Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Experience working with international students in areas related to the position
Master’s Degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field
Fluency in spoken and written English
Proof of excellent IT skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proactive and able to work independently

Responsibilities include:

Work with and support the Lincoln School community’s use of technology in a multi-platform environment (MacOS, iOS, Windows) mostly at a tier Il level
Support the management of the daily operations of the IT department
Support and monitor the utilization of IT with Lincoln School community
Maintain and upgrade the existing network as necessary
Assist in the development and maintenance of customized documents and webpages
Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware (including printers and projectors)
