Education Qualification

An advanced university degree in one of the following fields: Geomatics, Land Administration, Land Management, or a field directly related to the assignment is required.
5 years of working experience in addressing land sector issues in developing countries, particularly in regard to land administration and information, is required.
Advanced knowledge and experience in Land Information Systems, digital mapping, and participatory enumeration methods is desirable
Knowledge on land-related tools development, capacity development, project management, partnership building and knowledge management Ability to write technical documentation is desirable

Languages

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French is an asset.
