Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank would like to invite qualified candidates for the following position.

  • Branch Manager – Up to Supervisor Level – 1 (Susta Branch)
  • Branch Manager – Up to Officer – Few (Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region, Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region)
  • Assistant Relationship Manager – Assistant to Supervisor – Few (Shardhanagar Branch)
  • Assistant Relationship Manager – Assistant to Supervisor – Few (Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region, Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region)
  • General Service Department – Up to Supervisor level – Few (Central Office)
  • Contractual Staff – Few (Inside & Outside Valley Branches)

Qualification Details

Branch Manager – Up to Supervisor Level: (A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with through understanding of Compliance & Risk.).

Branch Manager – Up to Officer: (A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with through understanding of Compliance & Risk.).

Assistant Relationship Manager – Assistant to Supervisor: (A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with through understanding of Compliance & Risk.)

Assistant Relationship Manager – Assistant to Supervisor: (A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with through understanding of Compliance & Risk.)

General Service Department – Up to Supervisor level: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics & A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks preferable in general Service Department.

Contractual Staff: A minimum of three months Internship at Bank and Financial Institutions./ Any experience as contract or outsourced staff in BFI’s in Business function shall be an added advantage.

Academic Qualification Criteria

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics for Assistant/ Officer Level.
  • Contractual Employment: A Minimum of 50% in Bachelors(Management / Economics or related field).

Age Criteria :

  • Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level
  • Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant to Supervisor Level.
  • Age not exceeding 28 years for Contractual staff.
