Education Qualification

Assistant General Manager: Master’s degree graduate with total 9 years of work experience in which 4 years in financial institution’s managerial level and rest in department responsibilities.
Sr. Officer (Department Head): Bachelor’s degree graduate with 7 years experience in finance institution or Bachelor’s degree with Chartered Accountancy course CAP-II/IPCC Level (Semi Qualified CA) graduate and 1 year experience in finance field and 3 years work experience in organization institution.
Officer/Jr. Officer (Investigation Officer): Bachelor’s degree graduate with minimum 6 years work experience in bank and financial institution. For Jr. Officer, bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years experience in bank and financial institution.
Jr. Officer/Supervisor/Sr. Assistant (IT): Bachelor’s degree graduate in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering/BSc.IT/BIT/BCA or equivalent subjects and 3 years work experience in IT related work in bank and financial institution. For Supervisor and Sr. Assistant, bachelor’s degree graduate in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering/BSc.IT/BIT/BCA or equivalent subjects and 2 years work experience in IT related work in organization/institution.
Supervisor/Sr. Assistant/Assistant: Minimum certificate level/10+2 (intermediate) or equivalent graduate with minimum 3 years experience in finance institution for supervisor and minimum 2 years work experience in one lower level position, minimum 2 years experience in finance institution for Sr. Assistant and minimum 1 year work experience in one lower level position and minimum 1 year work experience in financial institution for Assistant.
