It has been jointly promoted by the prominent and leading industrialist of Nepal under the joint venture with Ceylinco Insurance PLC, Sri Lanka. The MOU with Ceylinco Insurance, PLC was signed in November 1997 and two senior officials were deputed to develop new products and train the marketing personals.

Education Qualification

Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Claims)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management/ CA/ Engineering/ CA Semi qualified.
  • Prior experience of minimum 5-7 years in Insurance Industry in the concern department.

Assistant to Officer Level (Claims)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management/ CA/ Engineering/ CA Semi qualified.
  • minimum 2-4 years in the related field.

Jr. Officer/ Officer/ Sr. Officer/ Assistant Manager (Marketing)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management.
  • Prior experience of minimum 3-5 years in the related field.

Trainee Development Officer/ Development Officer/ Sr. Development Officer (Marketing)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management.
  • minimum 1-3 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/Industry will be given preference.

Head-Risk & Compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management/ Law/ CA/ Engineering/ CA Semi qualified.
  • Prior experience of minimum 2-4 years in the related field.

Officer (Reinsurance)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Management.
  • Prior experience in the relevant area of at least 4 years is required.

Officer/Jr. Officer (HR/Adm.)

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Human Resources Management.
  • Prior experience in the relevant area of at least 2-4 years is required.

Officer/Jr. Officer (Legal)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legislative Law from reputed University. Preference will be given to individual’s having Master’s degree in Legislative Law.
  • minimum 2-4 years in related field especially Business Law.
