Education Qualification

Supervisor: 10+2 or equivalent, preference will be given to the candidates with minimum 4 years of work experience in Laghubitta Sanstha.
Senior Assistant: 10+2 or equivalent, preference will be given to the candidates with minimum 3 years of work experience in Laghubitta Sanstha.
Field Assistant: 10+2 or equivalent, preference will be given to the candidates with minimum 1 years of work experience in Laghubitta Sanstha.
Trainee Assistant: SLC/SEE , preference will be given to the candidates with Computer and Microfinance knowledge.
