Education Qualification

Deputy Executive Head: Master’s degree with 5 years work experience in community banking related field or Bachelor’s degree 7 years work experience in community banking related field. (Special preference to candidates graduated in Commerce, Banking, Finance, Economics, Chartered Accountancy, Public Administration or Law subject)
Assistant Manager: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree 3 years work experience in community banking related field. (Special preference to candidates graduated in Commerce, Banking, Finance, Economics, Public Administration or Law subject)
Senior Officer: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate in related subject with 3 years work experience in community banking related field.
Officer/ Junior Officer (Communication and Information Technology Department Head): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate in related subject with 1 year work experience in community banking related field. Special preference to candidates with previous work experience in Communication and Information Technology department of bank and financial institution.
Junior Officer: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate in related subject with 1 year work experience in community banking related field.
Senior Assistant/ Assistant: 10+2 (intermediate) graduate in related subject with 1 year work experience in community banking related field.
Junior Assistant/ Trainee Assistant: S.L.C. or equivalent exam graduate.

Age Limit

Managerial Level: Not exceeding 21 to 45 years for, Officer Level: Not exceeding 21 to 40 years and Assistant Level: Not exceeding 18 to 35 years and additional 5 years for female candidates
