Education Qualification

Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in any discipline with 4 years of experience from Insurance, Banking & Financial Institutions/Industry.

Senior Development Officer/ Marketing Officer/ Senior Marketing Officer: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in any discipline with 2 years of experience from Insurance, Banking & Financial Institutions/Industry.

Trainee Development Officer/ Deputy Development Officer/ Development Officer: Minimum 10+2 (intermediate) completed (preferably Bachelor’s Degree) in any discipline and candidates having minimum 1-2 years of experience in Insurance, Banking & Financial Institution/Industry will be given preferences.
