FORWARD Nepal would like to invite qualified candidates for the following position.

Name Of Post – Expression of Interest (EoI) to Prepare Case studies/ Success Stories of SCRSSI in Sunsari Project

Requirement

Interested consultant/consulting firms should submit following documents, while sending their expression of interest (EoI). You can upload your files and fill forms in following link.

a) Letter of expression of interest (EoI) (As per annex 1)
b) Financial proposal in separate files (As per Annex 2)
c) CVs of consultants, their qualification, training and skills, previous experience and others (As per Annex 2)
d) Company registration certificate.
e) Latest tax clearance certificate
f) VAT registration certificate (Submission of PAN Registration only will directly be disqualified)
g) A best sample case study/ success story that consultant had primarily prepared.
h) Letter of endorsement for the consultant, if VAT registration firm was registered by other than consultant.
